Hershey
Natalie Rothman has joined the Hershey Co. as its chief human resources officer, the company announced Aug. 18. Rothman previously served as chief people officer at Inspire Brands, parent company of Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s and Sonic restaurants.
Group 1 Automotive
A Fortune 250 automotive retailer, Group 1 Automotive, announced the appointment of Melkeya McDuffie as senior vice president and CHRO, effective Aug. 11. McDuffie most recently served as CPO of Bright Horizons and also has held HR roles at Waste Management and Quest Diagnostics.
International Motors
Gabriel Duarte-Urrutia will join vehicle manufacturer International Motors as executive vice president, CHRO, effective Sept. 1. Duarte-Urrutia was most recently at technology firm Aptiv and also held HR roles at Honeywell and Motorola.
Siteimprove
Agentic content intelligence company Siteimprove announced Aug. 19 that it had appointed Ritesh Daryani CHRO. Daryani previously held HR roles at Expedia, Infosys and IBM.
Ascensus
Jeri Hawthorne has joined financial firm Ascensus as its CHRO, the organization announced Aug. 21. Hawthorne was most recently senior vice president, CHRO at Aflac and previously worked as the director of talent management and leadership development at Exelon.
