October 27 is National Mentoring Day — a “global celebration of mentoring,” according to the association behind the holiday. It seeks to amplify mentoring initiatives and provide a globally reaching voice to inspire mentorship.
“Working together through collaboration and connection is critical to support all sectors of business, charities, non-profits, education, and society. This means unprecedented levels of mentoring are urgently needed,” the organization, with the same name as the holiday, said on its website.
