Grokker, the leading provider of integrated health and wellbeing solutions in the employer benefits space, today unveiled groundbreaking research showing how AI can help organizations overcome point solution fatigue and streamline their benefits strategy.
The comprehensive survey of 150 HR and benefits leaders found that despite increasing investments in employee wellbeing (82% expect budget increases in the next 12 months), organizations are drowning in disconnected point solutions, with 50% of employers managing between 6 and 15 separate platforms. This fragmentation creates significant obstacles to employee engagement and benefit utilization.
The research confirms Grokker's market-leading vision, with three out of four HR and benefits leaders (75%) agreeing it’s important that point solutions offer AI. GrokkyAi stands alone in its ability to create a unified experience across previously siloed systems, dramatically increasing employee awareness, access, and utilization rates.
While the research identifies implementation challenges, including privacy concerns, ROI considerations, and integration hurdles, Grokker's pioneering solution provides a comprehensive solution already trusted by some of America's largest employers.
"The employee benefits crisis is clear: companies invest heavily in solutions that most employees never use or understand," said Lorna Borenstein. AI bridges this critical gap, allowing organizations to maximize the return on their benefits investment while significantly improving employee health outcomes and satisfaction.

About The Survey
The survey report was conducted in partnership between HR Dive’s studioID and Grokker, a corporate well-being platform. The findings are based on an online survey conducted in June 2024. A total of 150 HR and benefits leaders participated in the study. Fifty-seven percent (57%) were directors or above, while 41% were managers. All participants work for self-funded companies, with most (58%) working for organizations with 1,000 to 5,000 employees across numerous industries. In addition to relying on the research conducted by HR Dive’s studioID, AI was used to research some portions of this white paper. Human editors reviewed all information.
