If an employee at Welocalize wants to improve their skills, but the Learning and Development team is unable to provide the necessary training, they can apply for subsidies for external training through the Welocalize Training Fund. Any employee can request funding up to a maximum of 50% of the cost of the training, provided that it is relevant to their role and level within the company.
