- VitalSource has acquired the assets of Seattle-based learning tech firm Intrepid Learning for an undisclosed amount, according to a statement. Intrepid's combined professional and corporate business platform will soon re-launch under the brand Intrepid by VitalSource.
- VitalSource also said the new integration will feature two learning technology offerings — Intrepid Learn and Intrepid Discover — that aim to help customers resolve critical business challenges.
- Intrepid's portfolio includes larger clients Microsoft, Korn Ferry and Hay Group. VitalSource's user base has grown to more than 20 million users globally, the company said.
