Dive Insight:
Travis Freeman, president of FSFE, said it was no surprise that when employees are focused on wellness and are shown how to best coordinate and utilize their benefits, they are more satisfied with them.
"This is one of the many benefits of having a wellness program that includes financial wellness," Freeman said.
In the survey, which included over 500 employees around the U.S., respondents were asked to rate their overall satisfaction with their employer’s benefits package.
